o coordinate demand including request management, work estimation, capacity planning, reporting and project analysis.
Other Key Responsibilities Include:
Administration of the Project Portfolio Management system including configuration and implementation of functionality and user assistance, support and training
Coordinating the demand request intake to ensure items are qualified and estimated in a consistent and timely manner.
Creating and maintaining forecasting of capacity versus demand at the portfolio level, including visualization of key insights for management and leadership teams
Creating and distributing scheduled, ad hoc and on-demand reporting
Assisting with support of ad hoc demand and production support items for time tracking
Capturing various scope items discussed during estimation phase
Supporting Project Managers as needed
Providing post project audit results to the PMO Manager
Assisting with management of the risk register and the necessary risk mitigation as identified
Coordinating the review of service concerns with the appropriate technology leads and assisting with the documentation of the root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions, and other details as needed for feedback to the Quality Team
What will you bring to the role?
2+ years' experience as a project coordinator
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Proven ability to lead meetings and gather necessary information and details
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with project portfolio management systems, including but not limited to Planview and/or ADO
Knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies
Experience in project scheduling and demand management
Prior experience within the communication services industry
