    A role you will love

    The Senior Financial Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality service that meets service level expectations. The Senior Financial Administrator works closely with their Team Lead to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met.

    • The role will have the following accountabilities:

    • Receives detailed instruction on work from Team Lead and performs day to day operational activities in a timely manner with minimal errors and complete tasks within process specific TATs and SLAs.

    • Reviewing SWIFT messages and ensuring messages are processed correctly into system of record.

    • Investigating messaging issues and working with Investment Managers to resolve problems.

    • Developing an understanding for functional processes and systems. Working with Technology on system improvements.

    • Creates and reviews production reports used in the work unit and makes improvement recommendations related to the business.

    • May revise and implement policies, procedures, and training materials to assure compliance with government regulations and to maximize efficiency and customer service.

    • Demonstrates business acumen and make data-driven recommendations with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Collaborates with colleagues across departments and seniority levels and has adept social skills.

    What will you bring to the role?

    The Senior Financial Administrator role requires a good understanding of work routines and procedures used to support the CCT staff or previous experience supporting similar operational procedures. These routines and procedures will vary for each Senior Financial Administrator. The role will operate within defined technical and operational procedures, which require proficient knowledge and awareness on how to apply them. Knowledge for the role will be acquired through on the job training and experience.

    • BCom / MBA or equivalent; 2-4 years related increasing experience in multinational business environments in India.

    • Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

    • Ability to use independent judgement to identify and resolve problems and escalate as appropriate

    • Strong analytical skills for problem resolution

    • Past working experience on a Captive / GIC / GCC.
