    L'ingénieur logiciel senior effectuera l'élaboration de rapports sur les objets commerciaux, fournira des conseils techniques et des consultations avec les équipes d'application, les clients et les responsables de l'ingénierie. Ce rôle devra également soutenir les secteurs d'activité dans leur demande et fait partie d'une équipe de prestation agile interfonctionnelle qui crée des solutions axées sur le client alignées sur la stratégie et les valeurs globales de Computershare et de la technologie.

    • Fournir un soutien de haut niveau au cycle de vie du développement logiciel, à la conception technique, à la mise en œuvre, aux tests, au déploiement et au soutien du portefeuille de solutions de résilience.

    • Fournir des conseils informels et partager des connaissances avec des collègues pour leur permettre de contribuer aux objectifs de l'équipe.

    • Soutenir l'évaluation et la résolution des défis techniques et des blocages afin de minimiser leur impact sur la livraison et/ou les produits pris en charge par l'équipe.

    • Identifiez et soutenez les améliorations et l'innovation dans les technologies/pratiques au sein de votre équipe qui profiteraient à l'entreprise, par exemple l'efficacité du processus de développement de logiciels ou l'amélioration de l'expérience client.

    Qu'apporterez-vous à ce rôle ?

    • Solide expérience professionnelle du développement de bases de données avec des systèmes de gestion de bases de données relationnelles (SGBDR) tels qu'Oracle, SQL Server

    • Compétences en Business Objects et au moins 5+ ans d'utilisation de Business Objects Enterprise 4.0 ou supérieur

    • Capable de développer des univers à l'aide des outils Universe Designer et Information Designer

    • Expérience avec Business Objects Webi Reporting

    • Expérience de la gestion de la sécurité des objets métier

    • Expérience avec les méthodologies de projet Waterfall et Agile

    • Une expérience en administration d'objets métier est préférable

    • Une expérience de Power BI ou de DataStage est préférable

    • Collabore et communique bien, établit d'excellentes relations de travail, influence les autres, remet efficacement en question et répond bien aux défis des autres, partage des informations et des idées avec les autres, a une bonne capacité d'écoute.

    A role you will love:

    The Senior Software Engineer will perform business objects report development, provide technical guidance and consultation with application teams, Clients, and Engineering managers. This role will also need to support the business lines with their demand and is part of a cross-functional Agile delivery team which creates customer-oriented solutions aligned to the overall Computershare and Technology strategy and values.

    • Provide senior level support to the software development life cycle, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support for the Resiliency Solutions portfolio.

    • Provide informal guidance and share knowledge with colleagues to enable them to contribute to the team's objectives.

    • Support the evaluation and resolution of technical challenges and blockers to minimise their impact on the team's delivery and/or supported products.

    • Identify and support improvements and innovation in technologies/practices within your team that would benefit the business e.g. efficiency in the software development process or improved customer experience.

    What will you bring to the role?

    • Strong working experience of database development with Relationship Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server

    • Skilled in Business Objects and at least 5+ years using Business Objects Enterprise 4.0 or higher

    • Able to develop universes using Universe Designer and Information Designer tools

    • Experience with Business Objects Webi Reporting

    • Experience with Business Objects security management

    • Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies

    • Experience in Business Objects administration is preferred

    • Experience in Power BI or DataStage is preferred

    • Collaborates and communicates well, builds great working relationships, influences others, challenges effectively and responds well to challenge from others, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.

    • Pays attention to detail, finds root cause and takes a rigorous approach to problem solving.
