A role you will love
You'll be working within the Tax Reporting Team, supporting the reporting activity across all regions. The Tax Reporting Team's function is to support clients, who have tax reporting obligations, along with handling the US tax reporting to the IRS, Common Reporting Standards and FATCA reporting which is carried out on behalf of our Registry and Share plans business.
This is an exciting role, which will involve you managing your own allocation of work, resolving queries all whilst supporting the delivery of all Computershare's Tax obligations.
Other key responsibilities:
• Produce all reports in relation to Computershare's Tax Reporting obligations.
• Quality checks all data output prior to mailing and/or reporting
• Complete all Compliance reading and online testing by stated deadlines.
• Complete all allocated tasks and projects in a timely manner.
• Accurately update FAQs and procedures as appropriate.
• Support with the completion of annual tax reporting and issuance of applicable tax statements/filings.

We're looking for someone who is driven, and enthusiastic. You will enjoy a challenge, look for process improvements, and have meticulous attention to detail. As a Tax Operations Specialist, you will be organised, have a methodical approach to tasks and a willingness to learn.
