We are also employed to provide a range of services in relation to the administration of offshore trusts and companies, set up to assist in the financial planning for our clients but also for a variety of other purposes.
A role you will love
In this role you will act as client contact and account manager for key clients or events as directed by your senior, with account responsibility for circa thirty clients.
Responsibilities include: first point of contact for general operational related enquiries, liaising with both clients and UK Client Managers (where applicable) to agree and document processes and service levels to ensure client needs and expectations are met, if not exceeded.
You will join an established, supportive team that works hard, but who also have an excellent work/life balance. We work a 35-hour week full time and are open to flexible working patterns.
Key accountabilities:
Project manage new and existing processes and timelines for key, corporate, high value, or ad hoc events within the group. Attending client meetings where applicable
Review and challenge existing processes to improve efficiency and delivery for the client and the business.
Testing processes in preparation for major events.
Display an understanding of fiduciary responsibility to protect the client, yourself, the team, and the business.
Instructions to and liaison with UK Legal or Tax team and/or other external professional advisers.
To provide and maintain a day-to-day operational contact for key or sensitive clients to discuss and deal with any operational issues.
Report to Senior Manager - Trustee Client Services or Head of Trustee Client Services on feedback received from clients.
Escalation point for handling of complaints to point of final client/participant satisfaction.
Set an example to the team of the outstanding client service that we endeavour to provide.
Provide leadership to maintain good team morale and levels of personal commitment.
To ensure key commercial aspects are monitored, identified, and maximise commercial opportunities.
Review of time spent invoices.
What will you bring to the role?
We are looking for an individual with a sound knowledge of JFSC requirements and awareness of requirements for other jurisdictions. You will be proactive, can understand the business implications of decisions taken and improve organisational performance. Leadership skills are key to maintain good team morale and levels of personal commitment.
We are open to individuals who have experience within Trust or who have key transferable skills that will enable them to be successful in the role. We are always open for a discussion as to how you might be able to fit into our business.
This role will see you act as a role model for Senior Trust and Trust Administrators with an opportunity to manage, coach and train.
Due to the nature of the role, we do work to tight deadlines and therefore the ability to work well under pressure and against timelines is key.
