Position summary
Job Description
The Process Quality Engineer is responsible to ensure the activities to solve problems improving the KPIs
Scrap, IDR, DPMOs, First Pass Yield and OEE.
Ensuring the Customer satisfaction and protecting the Plant results on Score Cards
Performing correct validations for changes and new process introduction or components.
Maintaining the quality documents updated.
To drive quality audits in preparation for certification audits (External / Internals).
To create and update Control Plan.
To create and update PFMEAs.
To perform root analysis and document projects or A3s with the solutions.
To create and define containments actions.
To define and ensure correct acceptance criteria for products.
To drive workshops related to quality improvements.
To define and preform validations for new process or changes.
To define and perform components validations in the products.
To ensure product release according to customer specifications.
To drive supplier complaints with SQE team.
To generate reports of quality issues and communicate with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
(Industrial Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, System Engineer, or equivalent)
-Quality process assembly Knowledge.
-Experience on problem solving tools (A3s, Pareto, Concentration diagram, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 8Ds, VSM, etc).
-Experience on Control Plan creation and maintenance.
-Experience on PFMEA creation and maintenance.
-Good communication skills with multidisciplinary team.
-Experience to perform and document projects.
-Experience implementing containment actions.
-Basic knowledge of Statistic tools (Control Charts, Pareto, Capability test, MSA, Hypothesis test, etc)
-Knowledge calculating PPMs, DPMOs, FPY, OEE
-Experience process Audit (Control Plan / PFMEA / IATF16949 / Startup)
-English (70%) conversational.
