Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must have an understanding of community in the Service Delivery Area including an ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships both internally and externally.
Must have the ability to communicate with written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish.
Must have a basic knowledge of medical terminology.
Must be proficient in and able to demonstrate computer skills include experience using Excel, Word, Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc.).
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification
Community Health Worker (CHW) training and certification required.
