NICU experience and Certified Neonatal Therapist preferred . Cook Children's is a 106 bed, single patient room , Level IV NICU that cares for newborns and infants with complex and rare medical conditions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
BLS certification within 30 days of employment required
State license for Physical Therapy or licensure eligible
