Associate Product Designer

An Associate ProductDesigner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the design vision andstrategy for our products. You will work with a team of designer, productmanagers and engineers, including collaborating with cross-functional teams tocreate exceptional user experiences that align with our business objectives.This role requires a blend of creative flair, craft, and self- drivenindividual to support the design team towards delivering innovative solutions.

In this role, you will...

ProductStrategy and Vision:

• Workclosely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals,user needs, and market trends.

• Facilitatein achieving the product design vision, ensuring alignment with overall companyobjectives.

• Supporthigh-level business requirements into actionable design strategies andsolutions.

UserExperience Design:

• Supportthe design process from concept to execution, including user research,ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

• Developintuitive and engaging user experiences across multiple platforms, consideringusability, accessibility, and scalability.

• Collaboratewith UX/UI designers to create seamless interactions and visually appealinginterfaces.

Cross-functionalCollaboration:

• Workclosely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritizedesign initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

• Championa collaborative approach, facilitating communication and alignment betweendesign, engineering, and product teams.

• Advocatefor user-centered design principles and educate cross-functional teams on theimportance of design in achieving business objectives.

ContinuousImprovement:

• Stayabreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in designand user experience.

• Participatein regular design critiques, retrospectives, and post-mortems to identifyopportunities for improvement and innovation.

• Supportinitiatives to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and skill developmentthrough training, workshops, and knowledge sharing.

You've Got What It Takes If You Have...

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design or fresher from college with BDes for digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

• Tools: Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.

• Prototyping Skills: Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma.

• Collaboration: Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple and elegant design solution's

• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
