Lead UX Content Writer

Cornerstone is seeking a Lead UX Content Writer to join our Product Design Team. As a Lead UX Content Writer at Cornerstone, you will play an integral role in our ideation and product development process working closely with fellow designers and closely collaborating with Product Managers, Product Strategists, UI Designers, and Software Development Engineers to create world-class Talent Management solutions for the largest enterprise employers and organizations in the world. 
 
In this role you will... 

• Create, lead and manage UX copy strategy 
• Be an active member and leader of the design community to help grow and hone our design practices 
• Collaborate with technical product managers, designers, and developers to design user experiences 
• Create process flows, information and content architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes 
• Establish a consistent voice across the user journey influencing Design at Design System level. 
• Stay up to date on industry verbiage and terms, keeping in line with benchmark consumer facing products. 
• Manage the content revision process, liaising between stakeholders 
• Be a user experience advocate across the organization 
• Help maintain UX enterprise standards, best practices, principles, and resource repositories 

You've Got What It Takes If You Have… 

• 6+ years of professional UX Content design experience, bonus on enterprise products 
• A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions is required. Experience required from large enterprise corporations with a mixture of B2B and B2C solutions 
• An eye for detail. This includes grammar and proofreading, as well as the capacity to note discrepancies in language across contexts. 
• Proven ability to adapt writing style to match a company's brand voice 
• Experience with global presence and multiple languages support  
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills 
• Expert understanding of principles of interface design, use of interactive technologies and user-centered design methods and best practices 
• Experience with Design Systems 
• Extensive experience with Accessibility and Inclusive design language
