Senior Front-End Engineer (Pune/Mumbai, India)

As the Front-end (UI) Engineer in our product development group you will be designing and delivering solutions that scale to meet the needs of some of the largest and most innovative organizations in the world; working with other teams at CSOD to understand and exceed the expectations of users; constantly pushing the technical envelope and helping CSOD deliver great results.

**In this role you will...
**

• Work in a small, agile team delivering tools and components impacting front-end development for the entire company.
• Develop tools to build, test, and deploy components for our micro front-end applications following Continuous
• Deployment (CD) practices.
• Create reusable components of different levels of complexity, starting from atomic pieces like buttons and all the way to complex high-level components connected to their own back-end services.
• Rely on industry standards and existing open-source tools backed by the community.
• Be responsible for your own test coverage, including unit, integration, and automated functional tests using tools like Jest and Cypress.
• Use TypeScript and JavaScript to write code supported in an open-source fashion, allowing other engineers within the company to contribute.
• Own your code all the way to production, including deployment and troubleshooting.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and provide leadership and mentorship to more junior software engineers.
• Work with designers to ensure that we have consistent UI patterns and smart UX designs throughout
• Maintain consideration for privacy and security obligations

**You've got what it takes if you have...
**

• 4-5 years of experience in developing enterprise class applications.
• Good experience in front end development and an eye for brilliant looking and ultra-functional UIz
• Strong hands on skills on JavaScript, Angular frameworks
• Working knowledge of HTML, and Advanced CSS.
• Works collaboratively with UI designers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understands good design principles.
• Good coding skills.
• Proven team player.
