The Solution Architect will work with our newest customers, ensuring successful configuration of the EdCast LXP platform. The primary objective is the ensure product configuration, data import, and system integrations are performed during the implementation of the product. To accomplish this, the Solution Architect facilitates solution design workshops, use-case and user story sessions to document customer requirements, and also facilitates the configuration and training sessions required to implement the solution to those requirements.

 In this role you will…

• Manage customer stakeholders through the implementation process.
• Escalate and coordinate any issues and risks associated with the project scope.
• Facilitate solution design workshop to gain customer alignment and document project scope.
• Facilitate configuration sessions for customer Administrators and Curators to document requirements and buildout the platform
• Conduct training sessions for customer Administrators and Curators to empower them to operate the platform
• Facilitate integration discussions and integration activities for customer’s enterprise systems and content providers.
• Collaborate with other required EdCast teams and partners where required to support project requirements.
• Create and maintain required implementation artifacts including solution design document and configuration requirements.
• Demonstrate an expert level of knowledge over all EdCast products.
• Follow the established policies, procedures and processes outlined for successful client implementation.
• Consistently achieve performance goals month over month.

You have what it takes if you have…

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience implementing SaaS projects
• Understand SSO and other authentication methods.
• Understand API and CSV integrations.
• Successfully organizing your work and schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization, from customer project team members to senior customer stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
• Consideration for privacy and security obligations

Extra dose of awesome if you have…

• Degrees associated with computer programming, engineering, and other technical areas
• Experience implementing learning technology platform
• Knowledge of AICC and SCORM standards, a plus
• Knowledge of learning/training technologies, such as an LMS and LXP, a plus
• Knowledge of the learning/training market, a plus
