Position summary
Advise a number of Asset Management businesses in connection with investments, fund formation and strategic projects. Review a wide range of agreements including fund formation documents, offering and marketing materials, side letters and other agreements. Collaborate closely with the business units to understand their objectives in order to fulfill the role of a strategic advisor so that business goals can be achieved in an effective and compliant manner and that all risks are appropriately vetted. Effectively collaborate with other functions as necessary including compliance, tax, risk, middle office and back office.
