We are currently looking for an expert lawyer to join our Legal Intellectual Property & Sourcing Americas team with a focus on procurement contracts for the Americas’ region. The role is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and the right candidate will work closely with colleagues in the region, as well as in Switzerland, UK, Poland, Singapore and other locations. In your senior advisor role supporting a variety of internal clients and partnering closely with the Bank’s Procurement organization you will be advising on regulatory outsourcings and other procurement contracts with external vendors in the Americas’ region. The role focuses on providing strategic legal advice on issues such as outsourcing, data protection, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, indemnification, representations, warranties. It involves the opportunity to advise on relevant legal risk considerations in the context of design and implementation of internal frameworks relevant to the Americas’ region and globally.
