The Technology Audit & Regulatory function in the Chief Technology & Operations Office (CTOO) area ensures that CTOO meets its controls commitments – which includes a portfolio of audit and regulatory points, Sarbanes-Oxley (SoX) controls, policies & standards, controls and the execution of a number of governance processes.
As Manager, Audit & Regulatory you will supervise the regulatory activities for IT within CTOO and will be responsible for providing clarity, reporting and coordination on regulatory topics and issues across CTOO globally and throughout the regulatory lifecycle. This includes coordinating pre-work for regulatory inspections as required, facilitating the fieldwork, and clearing stages and ensuring that responses to the issues raised are appropriate. You will build on and further develop our current global operating governance to ensure timely delivery of required outputs and appropriate management engagement.
This role provides you with the chance to work globally across all technology areas. You will use your coordination, communication, and technical skills to gain a comprehensive and accurate picture of all regulatory activity, with areas of concern promptly identified and communicated in a concrete way.
