he preparation of monthly financial statements ensuring all statements are appropriately analyzed and correctly stated.
Prepare Management Reporting to drive insight and action to operations and commercial activities.
Partner with Opex team on Capex requested and approvals.
Partner with Shared Services to drive process improvement across AP, AR and Collections
Review balance sheet accounts monthly to confirm proper reconciliation and supporting documentation.
Review monthly financials with business unit managers addressing any issues.
Perform month end closing activities - accruals, subledger reconciliations, statistical entries, etc.
Prepare for and respond to internal and external audit requests.
Compile/analyze financial data from multiple sources by way of Excel, Tableau, AX, Power BI
Ensure adequate SOX and internal controls are in place and maintained to safeguard financial assets.
Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and staff at various organizational levels
Self-starter with cheerful personality and positive attitude
Working knowledge of AP, PO, and Excel
Strong time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet scheduled deadlines
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook and other software applications
Excellent oral/written communication, presentation, and listening skills
Should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
5+ years of leadership experience in general accounting/finance areas
Experience with standard cost accounting, inventory management, GAAP, Sales and Use Taxes, and Capex evaluation
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence others and deliver individual results
Experience supporting manufacturing business environment
Demonstrated experience with effectively leading teams, coaching and developing individuals
Travel Required: Up to 25%
