Coordinate materials, trucking, and subcontractor work
Represent company in project meetings; assist in planning meetings, etc.
Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with client.
Assume additional responsibilities as directed by Senior Project Manager.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Construction Management Degree or equivalent
Work Requirements
Regular work attendance is a requirement for this position
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management required
Knowledge/Skill Requirements
A thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities vital.
Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills are essential
Business Acumen; Decision Quality; Managing and Measuring Work; Drive for Results
P6 scheduling experience preferred
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
Knowledge of Bid 2 Win and Heavy Bid preferred
TXDOT traffic control/safety standards knowledge preferred
