Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reporting statements, the development of corporate budgets, and consolidation of group budgets and forecasts
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Evaluate the financial performance of the company and recommend improvements.
Manage activities related to monthly close
Oversee sales use and CAT tax planning and compliance. Ensure accurate and timely filing of all required tax returns.
Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall financial strategy, aligning financial goals with business objectives
Work with VP Finance managing activities related to various audits: Internal, external, SOX, Tax
Perform work in compliance with applicable policies and procedures, generally-accepted accounting principles and Sarbanes-Oxley
Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.
Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Manual of Safety Practices and Procedures.
Strict adherence to Shelly Company policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Book of Policies.
Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required
A minimum of 5 years of experience and training in general finance and accounting areas
Management experience is preferred
Proficient with Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must have excellent communication skills including written and verbal
Hyperion experience is preferred
Proven analytical skills
Ability to demonstrate initiative
