    Position summary

    y is 9609 W Market St in Colfax, NC 27235. This position also comes with a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus. The first $1,250 is given after 3 months of employment, the remaining $1,250 is given after 6 months of employment.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Install electrical devices such as limit switches, lights, encoders, e-stops

    • Pull wire and make terminations of the complete electrical system for equipment

    • Ability to troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLC's

    • Troubleshoot controls, troubleshoot wiring issues

    • Install and wire new equipment per electrical drawings

    • Ability to perform light mechanical work, and able to work independently

    • Other duties may be assigned as needed

    Job Requirements

    • High school diploma / equivalent or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience

    • At least 4 years of electrical experience preferred

    • Must be able to read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics

    • Testing electrical components with various meters to detect short, worn out or weak components and defective connections

    • Ability to understand and apply basic math skills

    • Ability to use power hand tools, tape measure, etc.

    • Working experience of voltages up to 480

    • Journeyman electrical license preferred

    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

    Compensation

    • The hourly pay rate is $28-$42/hr.
