t & Support - Ensure presence and visibility with customers
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, installers and landscape designers
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored technical assistance
- Educate customers on proper installation of products
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service and manage customer claims
- Sales Operations - manage & grow sales through strategic account planning and process
- Monitor and support new construction projects
- Schedule and conduct client meetings
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Market Development (prospecting) - identify market gaps and develop plans for strategic growth
- Participate in trade shows, dealer and showroom events
- Stay informed about competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in building products
- Strong communication, prospecting, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel overnight occasionally
