What You'll Do

• Arrive on time, ready to work, and equipped with the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace-safety always comes first!

• Collaborate with team members and interact professionally with all staff

• Ensure tools are accessible, organized, and in good working order

• Service and repair trucks and heavy equipment-including fueling, lubricating, greasing, and replacing filters

• Troubleshoot and perform general repairs on a variety of machines

• Monitor workflow and adapt to changing priorities as needed

What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience: 1-2 years' experience in a similar industry preferred, but we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow

• Tools: Ownership of basic hand tools and a toolbox to get the job done

Your Skills & Strengths

• Excellent communication skills-a must for working efficiently and positively with others

• Organizational skills to keep your area and tasks on track

• Basic mechanical knowledge and a keen willingness to learn more

• Ability to operate and move various types of equipment (we'll train you as you grow with us!)

Physical & Environmental Demands

• This role requires a range of vision abilities, including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as the ability to focus quickly

• You'll be working near moving mechanical parts, sometimes outdoors in various weather conditions (including wet, cold, or humid days)

• Noise levels are generally moderate, but safety comes first-we provide all necessary protective gear
