Inside Sales - Fresno, CA Region - Remote

ave responsibility for generating sales over the phone in the Electrical C&I, Water Utility, and Irrigation market segments for Oldcastle Infrastructure's Enclosure Solutions business and in support of the overall Oldcastle Infrastructure offering.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily outbound call touch plan (phone, Teams, Zoom) focusing on obtaining verifiable outcomes determined in pre-call plan.

• Develop strategies and executable tactics to ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability in assigned accounts

• Develop specific action plans to achieve short and long-term goals for existing clients and new prospects

• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer profiles, sustainable value creation opportunities, competitor capabilities, and both historical and future demand forecasts

• Develop and maintain relationships within the Engineering community and leverage these relationships to maintain specifications

• Act as a resource to the customer throughout the project lifecycle

• Demonstrate effective presentations

• Work with Regional Sales Manager on strategic proposals and pricing

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent/ bachelor's Degree preferred

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the construction industry

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Ability to work in a team-based environment

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Salary

• Salary is negotiable based on experience and ranging from $60,000-$65,000
