    The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of aggregate stockpiles located in our quarries, asphalt plants and ready-mix facilities and ensuring that all products are properly stored and accounted for. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently . This position will report to the Director of Mine Engineering.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Requirements

    • Support the safety goals and processes of the company.

    • Ensuring completion and compliance for MSHA/OSHA training and regulations.

    • Spend time at our different assigned quarries, asphalt plants, concrete plants, stockyards, etc.

    • Operate and adhere to safety regulations and FAA guidelines related to drone operation.

    • Gain an understanding of the QC/QA process and material testing procedures.

    • Ability to learn, understand and utilize drone flight planning software, and data analysis tools.

    • Obtain FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot Certificate with the necessary waivers for operating drones in industrial environments within 3-months of hire.

    • Learn the material specification requirements our products are required to meet.

    • Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy of records.

    • Process and analyze drone-acquired data to obtain relevant information.

    • Provide/present regular reports on inventory at various locations.

    • Communicate your findings with your direct manager or management team.

    • Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure the drone is in good working condition.

    • Candidate must be a self-starter and work well without direct supervision.

    • Candidate must have computer skills and be willing to learn drone software.

    • This position will require travel throughout the state depending on project needs, company vehicle will be provided for business travel.

    • Other duties as needed.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent math and analytical skills.

    • Ability to work outside, in dusty, wet, and cold or hot conditions.

    • Strong attention to detail skills; with good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
