    Position summary

    About the Role

    The Maintenance Engineer will play a role during the commissioning of the new kiln of the plant (Project K6).

    Duration of the mission : from mid 2026 to the end 2026

    The Lumbres Cement Plant is now with a wet process, the project K6 is about to modernize the plant with implementing a dry process by mid 2026.

    During the duration of the mission the Maintenance Engineer will participate in the construction of the maintenance plan for our new industrial equipment:

    • To create Maintenance Instruction

    • To continue creation of preventive maintenance routine based on FMEA

    The Maintenance Engineer will work in collaboration with the current Maintenance Engineer team and will use his experience and his knowledge to help the team to achieve this mission.

    The ideal candidate will have an experience in the same position in a cement plant with a dry process with precalciner.

    Qualifications

    • Education

      • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or equivalent; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

    • Experience

      • Minimum 1 year in the same position in a cement plant with a dry process with precalciner.

      • Demonstrated experience working with technical aspects about process and production management, optimization, solving problems and technical issues

    • Behavioral skills

      • Rigorous

      • Curious

      • Communication skills

      • Responsive

      • Autonmous

    • Languages

      • English speaking

      • French speaking is a plus
