MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Ensure presence and visibility with customers (current and prospective) by assessing their needs
Provide technical assistance to customers
Ensure customers are trained and educated to install our products
Monitor new projects and ensure a presence on construction sites
Schedule meetings with clients
Enter all information, relevant data and follow-ups with customers into the CRM (Salesforce)
Ensure excellent after-sales service and receive claims
Negotiate agreements and contracts
Identify new opportunities
Conduct lunch and learn presentations
Participation in showrooms and trade shows
Create and maintain excellent relationships with distributors, installers and masons
Be on the lookout for all key information about the competition
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the building products industry
Excellent communication skills
Prospecting and negotiation skills
Available for occasional overnight travel
Microsoft Office knowledge
Bilingualism french and english
Valid driver's license
