b Responsibilities**
Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries professionally and efficiently
Support company events, meetings, and gatherings, including scheduling, catering, setup, and cleanup
Manage office supply inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies, snacks, beverages, and equipment
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, facilities, and property management regarding office needs and building issues
Assist with onboarding tasks such as preparing workspace setups, coordinating keys/phones/computers, and ensuring new hires have needed supplies
Help coordinate internal communication, announcements, birthday cards, and celebrations
Manage the company's social media presence by creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across platforms
Provide general administrative support to managers and departments as needed
Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe
Coordinate maintenance requests and track any needed repairs or updates
Ensure common areas (conference rooms, breakrooms, reception) stay stocked and presentable
Job Requirements
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and follow‑through
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
Prior office administration or office management experience preferred
