Relevant Experience:

• Procurement

• Supply Chain Management

• Technical-Economic Engineering

• Negotiation

• University degree in a technical or economic field

Strong Skills in:

• Analysis and synthesis
• Planning, prioritization, and anticipation
• Communication and negotiation
• Observation, dynamism, commercial thinking, and efficiency
• Working individually and in a team
• Numerical calculation and reasoning
• English language knowledge - intermediate/advanced level
• Category B driving license

Responsibilities

• Develop a unified scope of work for required products/services in collaboration with requesting departments

• Market research and identification of suitable suppliers

• Request and analyze technical-economic offers

• Negotiate contracts and commercial clauses (price, payment terms, delivery, etc.)

• Monitor compliance with delivery/execution deadlines

• Verify and archive documents issued by suppliers

• Correct allocation of expenses to cost centers

• Maintain supplier relationships and manage contract validity

• Periodically evaluate suppliers in relation to market developments
