Job Location
This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our office in Atlanta, GA.
Job Responsibilities
SCP Product Ownership
Act as the primary SCP product owner, managing system functionality, integrations with various other systems, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Prioritize and oversee SCP upgrades, enhancements, and system updates in alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with Operations, Sales and business stakeholders to ensure the SCP system aligns with and supports the overall business goals
SCP Business Analytics
Analyze, document, and translate SCP business requirements into effective system configurations in partnership with the IT in SCP
Conduct thorough root cause analysis on S&OP process and system issues, providing actionable solutions to stakeholders
Project Management and Continuous Improvement
Lead SCP-related projects from concept through implementation, including change management, training, and support
Develop and execute test plans for system changes to ensure alignment with business needs and identify potential issues
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within system workflows
Reporting and Data Analytics
Design and maintain SCP reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, providing insightful metrics and analytics
Ensure data accuracy and consistency within SCP, implementing data governance best practices
Support Masonry & Hardscapes leadership with actionable insights derived from SCP data to drive strategic decision-making
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related area of study
3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Sales &Operations Planning role with significant exposure to SCP.
Advanced skills in SCP reporting and analytics; experience managing enhancements across multiple functions
Proficiency in project management with experience leading complex system integrations and implementations
Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively
Detail oriented and committed to data integrity and accuracy
