    About the role:

    We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Production preparation specialist to join our production team based in Kalisz, Poland.

    The purpose of this role is to organize the production process to ensure the company meets all demands, quality standards and deadlines. Duties include managing material and equipment availability, scheduling production and monitoring the production process for problems.

    Main r esponsibilities:

    • Preparation of documentation for production orders

    • Planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of production orders

    • Providing full feedback to customers on quotation requests and production orders

    • Clarifying construction and production doubts

    Experience & qualifications :

    • Higher education (technical majors preferred)

    • Good knowledge of English and/or German

    • Knowledge of technical drawing

    • Ability to work in a team

    • Communication skills
