Job Location
This position will be at our facility in Fontana, CA.
Job Responsibilities
Data Entry- Maintain multiple spreadsheets on a daily/weekly basis
Make copies of paperwork and distributes as needed
Check paperwork, digital forms, and files, updating or correcting documentation as needed
Answer calls from multi-line telephone system
Manage requests in a timely and customer focused manner
Follow directions of supervisor as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project
Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required
Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment
Complete other duties as assigned
Knowled g e/Skills
Ability to read/write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
Basic Word and Excel skills
Ability to use basic reasoning to understand and complete instructions
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work well within a team environment
Ability to do basic math
Experience working with file-keeping software or cloud storage a plus
Education/Experience
High school graduate or equivalent or at least two years of related experience
Ph y sical/Mental/Environmental Demands
Must possess mobility to work in a dual setting of a standard office and manufacturing environment
Standard office includes the operation of equipment such as a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
This job involves the following physical demands: Walking, standing, bending, stretching, using hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items
Lifting requirements are up to 40 pounds
Compensation
Base salary range of 60,000 - 70,000 per year
5% annual target bonus
