QC Manager the Supervisor will make decision and coordinate quality control assignments in the lab, at the facilities, and in the field.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education/Experience
The QC Supervisor will have a High School diploma or equivalent, three to five years of experience in Quality Control of HMA; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
NETTCP certified in HMA Plant and/or Paving Technician Classification with a goal to be working toward a QAT cert
General Requirements
Ability to read English language sufficiently to read information contained in specifications, reports, manuals and regulations.
Ability to carry out standardized laboratory tests in accordance with ASTM and AASHTO standards.
Knowledge and understanding of basic operating procedures and mechanics of an asphalt plant.and crusher
Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to, but not limited to, safety, the environment and transportation.
Ability to detect safety hazards and malfunctions and respond accordingly.
Ability to operate a two-way radio.
Must possess a valid driver's license and dependable transportation to and from the job site.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud to very loud.
