JOB SUMMARY
The role involves implementing SSM requirements and corporate health & safety standards. Responsibilities include developing training themes, investigating accidents, participating in meetings, updating instructions, and facilitating safety standards. Deliverables include comprehensive training materials, investigation reports, safety indicator reports, and audits. Job requirements include technical education, intermediate English, 2-3 years of experience, proficiency in MS Office, and relevant certifications. Reporting to the Safety Manager RMC, the position is based in Bucharest or Brasov - covering South-Center.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Elaborating training themes for all training phases
Investigating causes of workplace accidents and illnesses
Participating in CSSM meetings and preparing necessary documents
Developing and updating SSM and PSI instructions
Updating prevention and protection plans
Reporting monthly safety indicators (Near Miss, First Aid, Stop Work, etc.)
Generating Safety Alerts for location incidents and processing group alerts
Moderating Root Cause Analysis (5 Why's; Ishikawa)
Conducting training for visitors, contractors, and employees
Auditing implementation of group requirements at locations
Creating/Verifying work permits; Job Hazard Analysis
Monitoring action plans
Facilitating implementation of corporate safety standards
Knowledge of Behavior Based Safety;
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Technical higher education
Intermediate level of English
2-3 years of experience
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams
Certifications: 80-hour SSM Inspector, Technical Frame for Fire Protection.
