CRH is looking for a Service Management and Adoption Specialist. The Service Management and Adoption Specialist is part of the Collaboration Team and will ensure that the Microsoft 365 platform is constantly evolving through the enablement of new features and functionality released by Microsoft which are considered relevant and beneficial for CRH. As the successful candidate you will drive the adoption of the Microsoft 365 products across CRH in Europe acting as both a subject matter expert and a thought leader. You will be responsible for communicating, maintaining the service catalogue including optimization of processes that support the delivery of the services. This role will have a strong focus on communication, change management and adoption.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be:
Key Functional Competencies and Relevant Experience
You possess the following:
Advanced English proficiency (fluent)
Deep knowledgeable of the full O365 product suite
Excellent communication and influential skills
Strong capacity to lead training sessions or initiatives
Experience with SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform would be considered an advantage
Knowledge of service management principles (is a plus)
Advanced project manage skills (is a plus)
A university degree or equivalent in IT related discipline
5-7 year of experience across the entire O365 platform
