Position Overview
CRH Americas, Inc., is seeking two Workers’ Compensation (WC) Claims’ Advisors – Midwest - Overland Park, KS or Remote, who will partner with local business units and serve as an expert for WC claims’ management to minimize WC liabilities. The position will collaborate with the third-party claims administrator (TPA) and coordinate with local business units to improve WC claims’ outcomes and reduce WC claims’ cost. This role, reporting to the Manager – WC Programs, will provide direct WC claims’ management and WC settlement evaluation with TPA and local business units. CRH is the leading building materials company in the world, and in 2022, its US operations generated revenues of $https://19.2 B and employed approx. 39,000 in 49 states. Successful candidates will have the ability to provide strategic solutions for internal stakeholders, work closely with WC claims’ advisors team, and partners while also being a member of the Risk Management team.
