    Position summary

    tional Collaboration:** Partner with Site Supply Planning, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to promptly resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery of contracted services.

    • Commercial Strategy: Work with commercial brand teams to share insights, develop strategies, and drive execution of activities related to the contracts and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

    • Data & Analytics: Collaborate with the Data & Analytics function to set up and maintain performance measurement frameworks and dashboards to inform engagements with external stakeholders.

    • New product proposals & tender submissions: Lead the cross-functional preparation of CSL Behring's tender submissions, including requests for information (RFI), requests for tender (RFT), and expressions of interest (EOI). Ensure submissions present a compelling value proposition that supports pricing and enhances value for CSL Behring.

    • Contract Negotiations: Support negotiations on contract variations and service changes, consulting with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure appropriate outcomes.

    • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain collaborative, productive working relationships with key external stakeholders, including government entities relevant to the contracts.


    • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Marketing or a related field.

    • Experience: Demonstrated experience in contract management or a related role within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.

    • Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, plan and conduct negotiations to deliver business outcomes.

    • Technical Skills: Understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements of the relevant markets

    • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage data insights to drive business decisions.

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

    • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build strong collaborative relationships.
