• Organize to review the quality issue in new project development, ensure the issue analysis and improvement in 7-step tool, and evaluate the improving efficiency.

• 组织评审新项目开发中遇到的质量问题，确保按照7步法进行问题分析，提出改进方案和处理意见，并评估改进效果；

• Organize the teardown review for new product, judge the quality issue and push the solution.

• 组织新产品的拆解评审，判定质量问题，并协调推进解决；

• Set the new project quality control millstones, confirm the quality requirement for ever millstone and checking the delivery items.

• 设定项目质量控制节点，确认各个节点的质量交付要求，并对交付质量进行审核；

• Make the control plan of the new project quality, predict the quality level, assess the quality risk, and make the improvement to meet the customer’s requirement.

• 策划新项目的质量控制计划，预测新项目质量水平，评估新项目质量风险，制定质量改进计划，满足客户期望；

• Make the field test plan include volume, test cycle and measurement arrangement, organize to review the issue in field test, and evaluate the improving result.

• 策划路试计划，包括车辆数量，工况，测量安排等，组织对路试问题分析，改进效果评估等；

• Optimize the new product quality management process, promote the team corporation.

• 优化新项目质量管理流程，有效促进团队合作；

• Master degree, major in Mechanical engineering (engine/vehicle preferred)

• 硕士学历，机械类专业硕士学历（发动机/车辆更好）

• Mechanical/material knowledge and basic data analysis capability

• 机械/材料知识及基本数据分析能力

• Familiar with mechanical drawing and related software

• 熟悉工程制图及相关作图软件

• Good communication skills

• 良好的沟通能力

• Good spoken and written English

• 良好的英语口语和书写能力

• Mentality of customer service and teamwork

• 客户服务和团队协作意识
