• Conduct PE test/assembly equipment operation and maintenance/repair work.

• 主导产品工程部测试/装配设备的运行和维护维修

• Write and modify test code for different tests.

-编写及修改测试所需的程序代码

• Diagnose and maintain test equipment electronics, software and mechanics.

-诊断和维护设备电路，软件和机械部分

• Design and develop test, assembly equipment and fixtures.

-设计和改进测试/装配设备及测试用工装

• Develop new test/assembly projects.

-开发新的测试/装配项目

• Cross function communication & alignment.

-跨职能沟通与协作

• Deliver test requirements in written form and verbally.

-书面和口头沟通测试要求

• Data analysis and test reports preparation.

• 测试数据分析和测试报告编写

• Work with product engineer/technician in test, assembly preparation and execution.

• 与产品工程师和技师合作完成测试或装配工作的准备和执行

• Continuously improve lab safety and test efficiency.

• 持续改进实验室安全和测试效率

• Participate in equipment/spare parts selection, installation, debug and acceptance.

• 参与设备/备件的选型，安装，调试及验收

• Coach and training test technicians.

• 指导和培训测试技师

• Bachelor degree or above , majoring in engine, automobile, construction equipment engineering.

• 本科及以上学历，发动机、汽车、工程类等相关专业

• Mechanical knowledge.

• 机械知识

• Use at least one programming language.

• 使用至少一门编程语言

• Computer application and drawing.

• 计算机应用与绘图

• Statistics knowledge.

• 统计知识

• Proficient in both oral and written English

• 熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达
