    Position summary

    ustomer inquiries effectively will improve customer experience and trust in the company's financial processes.

    • Insightful Account Analysis : Conducting thorough analysis of accounts will help identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, contributing to better financial management.

    • Process Improvement : By conducting root cause analysis of late payments and suggesting process improvements, you'll help streamline operations and reduce payment delays.

    • Month-End Reporting : Assisting in preparing month-end reports will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making.

    • Project Participation : Engaging in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement will drive innovation and efficiency, enhancing overall financial performance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Education/Experience:

    High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

    Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
