    Position summary

    eams: Build strong, engaged teams through coaching, development plans, and effective delegation.

    • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with service operations, admin teams, and business development leaders to meet customer requirements and drive improvements.

    • Manage Financial Performance: Monitor branch costs, warranty processes, and balanced scorecard metrics to achieve profitability goals.

    • Influence Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements across service capability, capacity, and coverage to strengthen branch performance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

    • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, develop, and motivate a small team while driving engagement and resolving conflicts effectively.

    • Customer Focus: Strong relationship-building skills and commitment to delivering customer-centric solutions.

    • Financial Acumen: Understanding of key financial indicators to make informed business decisions and manage branch budgets.

    • Operational Expertise: Knowledge of service processes, compliance standards, and ability to optimise workflows for efficiency.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education/Experience:

    • A college or university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Intermediate-level experience in branch operations or service management, with proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.

    • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with health and safety compliance, financial reporting, and customer satisfaction metrics.
