RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Decide and deliver under pressure: Make timely, data-driven decisions that balance safety, quality, cost, and schedule; resolve conflicts constructively; remove obstacles proactively; and consistently drive results by translating goals into executable plans and holding the team accountable.
Champion safety and continuous improvement: Model proactive Health & Safety fundamentals; lead evidence-based incident investigations with true root-cause analysis and effective corrective actions; and apply continuous process improvement to reduce waste, stabilize processes, and improve quality and throughput.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
College, university or equivalent degree required, or equivalent experience required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Additional Details:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse or parts distribution environment
Hands-on experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for picking, receiving, inventory, or shipping
Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment or ability to obtain certification within 180 days of hire
Ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced warehouse environment with shifting daily priorities
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and productivity
Prior experience in a parts warehouse or inventory-driven operation
Forklift certification (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, etc.)
