QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Resolving disputes and conflicts that arise during the contract lifecycle.
Ability to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Reviewing contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and project requirements.
Developing solutions to complex contractual issues and project challenges
