We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our team at the Cummins Technical Center in Columbus, IN with starting pay of $24.00 -$35.00/hour.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
A regionally applicable Certification (e.g. US Department of Labor) or two year Associates Degree from an accredited college program in a relevant field of study.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Education:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required with Department of Labor Certification
OR High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required with a minimum of 8 years experience in a relevant field
OR an Associate Degree in a relevant filed and at least 2 years of relevant experience
OR a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Additional Skills:
Experience with Linux or similar computer programming software preferred
MS Office experience including data analysis with MS Excel preferred

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
