We are looking for a talented Associate Financial Analyst to join our team for our location in Fridley, MN.
  

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  

• Supports account reconciliation and analysis, journal entry preparation and data entry.  Supports the month-end close process. Performs activities under moderate supervision.

• Compiles, consolidates and conducts basic analysis of accounting and finance information.

• Prepares basic journal entries.

• Performs monthly and annual account reconciliations.

• Assists with preparation of tables, charts and other exhibits for reports.

• May perform less complex accounting projects or participate as a team member on more complex projects.

• Performs ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

• Clearing AP Invoices from error corrections within the AP module in BOLT

• Work with CBS and external suppliers on AP invoice issue resolution

• Resolve complex invoice payment issues and provide client support regarding special payment situations

• Administrative support for Ariba activity - Indirect purchase orders & invoice reconciliation

To be successful in this role you will need the following:  

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Two Year Degree highly preferred
• Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • Must have an Accounts Payable background
  • Previous Manufacturing bacground is preferred
  • Arriba experience is a plus
• This is a Hybrid Remote position and will report to the office a couple times a week. 
• 1st Shift - M - F, 8 AM - 4 PM (Flexible)

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
