We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator to join our team for our location in Elkhart, IN.

Compensation:

• $500 hire bonus!
• $500 bonus after completion of 4 months!
• Employee referral bonus of $250 for any employees that refer a new hire who successfully completes 90 days
• Pay for 2 hours of your time spent in the post-offer verification process
• Annual performance merit base salary increases between 2-6% dependent on individual performance

Time Off:

• Paid holiday shutdown each year December 24th – January 1st
• 10 Paid Vacation Days for 1-5 years of service (first year prorated)
• 5 Paid Sick Days every year

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  

• Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.
• Loading and unloading incoming goods and transporting it to the correct location
• Accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles in tight spaces and heights
• Follow all Health, Safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, policies, procedures and regulations

To be successful in this role you will need the following:  

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

• 1 plus year of warehouse/logistics experience

• Experience using logistics tools including RF guns and ERP systems is preferred

• 1 plus year of forklift experience is preferred

• Forklift certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet rider, etc.) and/or other heavy machinery is preferred

• Pay starting at $18/HR or higher, based on experience level.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
