Customer Account Manager

We are looking for a talented Customer Account Manager to join our team specializing in Supply Chain for our Power Systems Business Unit based in Seymour, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Single point of contact for our customer/distributors and intercompany plants, to provide order life cycle responses pertaining to shipments, lead time quotes, scheduling of orders support, providing order status updates, Logistics/shipping support, orderboard prioritizations, finished goods, support stock availability
  • Hosting distributors and customers for successful completion of customer witness tests and visits as needed.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders thru effective communication which builds trust/confidence in managing orders

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • 2 years minimum relevant work history
  • College/university degree required
  • Six Sigma knowledge preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
