    • Maintains work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.

    • Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to their supervisor.

    Qualifications

    • A copy of your red seal certification or trade's diploma is required for this position.

    • A copy of a 5 years driver's abstract is required for this position.

    • A valid local driver's license is required for this position.

    Responsibilities

    In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

    Certifications, diplomas:

    • 310T journeyman certification is mandatory for this position.

    • Locally valid driving permit is required for this position.

    • Clean driver's abstract is required for this position.

    • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Experience:

    • Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.

    • Experience with engine and chassis preferred.

    • Electrical knowledge and experience considered an asset.

    • Ability to perform occasional service calls.

    About the role

    • Working hours are 7am-330pm Monday-Friday (30 min lunch).

    • You will work on: ON Highway tractors-buses (transit and school) RV's and other heavy equipment.

    • Starting salary is 39$ hourly.
