Performs complex unassisted engine overhauls
Ability to troubleshoot with limited/no support from diagnostic tools
Detailed understanding of the aftertreatment system and components
Mentor junior technicians including technical support and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
The regular schedule for this position will be 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mon-Fri. This schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
This position requires a technical/trade school degree from an accredited program or equivalent work experience.
The level for this position will be based on the candidate's qualifications and skill set. Qualifications for different technician
This position does not require any DOT requirements.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
Locally valid driving permit (Preferred)
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Advanced level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
Experience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
