    Education/Experience

    • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

    • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Additional Information

    Controls Technician - Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong Electrical Aptitude with hands-on experience in industrial controls systems, particularly Allen Bradley and Siemens platforms.

    • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced technical environment.

    • Solid understanding of safety system devices and robot safety cells; knowledge of Fanuc robots is a strong asset.

    • Experience with industrial washing and blasting equipment is preferred.

    • Familiarity with CNC equipment (including Okuma, Haas, and Fanuc controls) is a plus.

    • Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, including reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and PLC logic.

    • Exposure to Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), particularly IBM Maximo, is advantageous.
