    Position summary

    Engage in HSE Training.

    • Quality:

    • Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship.

    • Support equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis.

    • Perform work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and specifications using various tools, measuring, and testing instruments.

    • Provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system.

    • Follow all process documentation and quality procedures.

    • Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.

    • Perform quality inspections.

    • Delivery:

    • Perform electrical repairs and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

    • Demonstrate a high level of competency in core work skills.

    • Perform and document preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.

    • Conform to applicable codes and standards to maintain, install, and operate electrical systems.

    • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks.

    • Perform other duties as required to meet business goals.

    • Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints.

    • Schedule maintenance activities around production requirements.

    • Solve problems and improve processes.

    • Participate in continuous improvement activities.

    • Teamwork:

    • Communicate effectively with the assigned team and all support teams.

    • Complete training and personal development in line with business requirements.

    • Participate actively with local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

    Qualifications

    • Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

    • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Experience:

    • Requires some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

    Skills

    • Technical Skills:

    • Hands-on experience with breakdown and troubleshooting on various CNC machines (FANUC, REXROTH control, Siemens Control, MAZAK, MAG, GROB, etc.).

    • Knowledge of electronic measuring systems and devices.

    • Sound knowledge of Siemens PLC/HMI programming.

    • Familiarity with CNC machine architecture, PLC programming, SCADA, electrical logic, VFD, etc.

    • Experience with machine backup, upload, download, and in-depth knowledge of machine working sequences.

    • Knowledge of Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Fanuc-based CNC machines.

    • Hands-on experience with KUKA and ABB robot troubleshooting.

    • Robot programming experience is an advantage.
