    Position summary

You'll work across Microsoft 365, Zoom, SharePoint, Adobe, and other platforms to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions that power productivity across the global organization. This hybrid role blends systems architecture, DevOps, platform administration, and business alignment to continuously evolve our digital workplace ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Giving solutions : Resolve end-user issues across Collaboration Services products (Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Box, Adobe, etc.).

    • Platform Engineering & Administration : Manage and optimize platforms such as Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Zoom (Rooms, Phone, Events), Adobe, and Box.

    • Modernization & Integration : Lead platform modernization initiatives and integrations that drive a seamless and scalable digital workplace experience.

    • Operational Support : Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues across collaboration tools, including license assignments, inactive accounts, and system access, achieving high standards of performance and user satisfaction

    • Monitoring & Automation : Implement monitoring systems and automated alerting to proactively manage system health in collaboration with enterprise monitoring teams.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to operate at both a strategic architectural level and a hands-on technical level .

    • Willingness to support end-user computing issues and legacy platform transitions as needed.

    Education, Licenses, and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business , or equivalent experience.

    Experience Required:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on collaboration platforms and infrastructure.

    • Experience with Visual Studio, Microsoft Office 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Zoom Workplace, and Unified Communications platforms and knowledge in VoIP and API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API)
